central location and great service
central location convenient garage lovely bar accommodating staff
The location was amazing. I found a car park garage conveniently across the street. the downstairs bar was really lovely, with a great selection of drinks. the staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. every area of the hotel, including my room, was spotlessly clean.
I noticed a slight smell in the corridors at times. It wasn't constant but noticeable.

the hotel is near the river, which makes shops and cafes very handy to access. the hotel is also close to trinity college, with temple bar being within walking distance. it was easy to move around the area.

I highly recommend this hotel as the location is very convenient. It offers easy access to many attractions. The lobby is decorated beautifully and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My room lacked proper sound insulation, so I could hear noise from the corridor. I also heard the television from the room next door. The constant street noise was disturbing. The hotel needs better noise isolation.

The lobby features elegant decor with comfortable sofas. There are also two fireplaces that create a cozy ambiance. The hotel offers secure access with a doorman on duty and front doors locked by 1 AM. WIFI worked without problems.

great food good location lost blanket missing towel
i liked the food in the restaurant. (it was really tasty). my room had everything i needed. the location felt very central. breakfast had options for everyone.
on monday i reported my small blanket missing from the room. no one seemed to care. i lost my towel on wednesday, and reported it again without any success. i spoke to several receptionists every day without getting either item back.

The hotel's location proved convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found these features enhanced my morning routine. small room noise from outside
The lobby was relaxing and featured beautiful decor. The staff were friendly.
The room I got was quite small. It felt cramped, there was barely space to move around with my luggage and I could hear noise from outside. There was no sound insulation. The lack of space and the noise.
