I appreciated the fast check-in process. The front desk staff provided very helpful information and directions! when i needed a taxi late at night from the city center, the night staff made every effort to find one for me. breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom products were very limited. There was no shower cap or conditioner.

This place is HUGE. there is extra security present in the hotel, a bonus for peace of mind. i also noticed a spacious layout throughout the public areas. It provided a relaxing, uncrowded experience that i did enjoy.

excessively warmplant room
The room was excessively warm, a real issue. the absence of air conditioning made it unpleasant. I requested a fan. also, there was significant noise emanating from what seemed to be a plant room, and this was quite bothersome.

The reception staff were lovely. The room was spacious and clean. I also enjoyed a nice breakfast that was delivered to my room right on time.
There was a slight delay at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.
