immaculate stay with super clean rooms!

early check-in modern room amazing food
i loved that we were offered early check-in without asking (it was such a relief after my long journey!). the room was immaculate, felt very modern, and was beautifully clean. i thought the food was amazing too, such a good standard. i would definitely stay again!
the shower head in my room kept dropping, and i couldn't fix it, so i had to hold it while showering. it was tricky when i needed to wash my hair with only one hand free. this was a minor inconvenience though.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel has modern and clean rooms with funky decor, which i really appreciated. i liked that the rooms didn't have carpet. This felt much cleaner and fresher. the lobby and lifts also maintained this stylish, super clean feel.
Dining
9/10
i found the breakfast selection excellent, especially the tasty irish breakfast available daily. the bar also offered a decent range of drinks, and i noticed that food service was available there, so i think i will be having dinner here during my next stay.

the staff allowed early check-in and offered luggage storage after check-out, very helpful. my room was clean and well-equipped with body wash and shampoo. the hotel's location was convenient and provided easy access to transport links. breakfast included fresh fruit plus grilled sausages.
The room faced a brick wall, limiting natural light. It was very close.

the location was very convenient (i walked to many places!). the room was clean and modern. the staff was always friendly and helpful, especially with directions.
The room felt a bit small. There was minimal space for luggage. i did not like that the room wasn't automatically cleaned. the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and maintain a consistent temperature.

A few minor issues

central location helpful staff taxi organisation small room broken shower ineffective air
The location was central, with a bus stop close by. The city center was within walking distance. Staff were helpful trying to organise taxis, so I was very grateful for this assistance.
The room was small and lacked hanging space. The shower attachment was broken. I had to hold the shower head. Air con did not work most of the time. I reported it, BUT NOTHING was done.
