the hotel had a very convenient shuttle bus (it cost just a few euros). the room was clean and well kept, which i liked. breakfast had a good selection and tasted fresh.

The free wi-fi was quite slow. I had some trouble connecting. the restaurant seemed short-staffed one evening. the absence of gym facilities was a slight drawback for me.

The restaurant food was amazing. The environment was very friendly. A shuttle bus provided convenient access to the terminal. I found the location very convenient for travel.

The hotel charged an additional fee for parking. I had to drag my luggage up and down stairs because of that. The tv remote did not work. I asked for help at reception.

The hotel provides a handy shuttle to the airport for a small fee. The room included complimentary sweets and fruitellas, a nice touch. The reception staff was very helpful. They created friendly vibes. I found the water pressure excellent in the bath and shower.

I did notice that parking cost 15 euro for one night. This seemed a bit steep considering I was staying at the hotel.

the room was super clean. the bed was comfortable. the staff were friendly, considerate, efficient, and accommodating to my needs (this made a big difference).

I booked a night for july 2024 but had to cancel it because of a family death. i found it impossible to contact them. The phone was never answered, and emails received no reply. customer service said it was cancelled, yet they still charged my card 108 euros.
