I found the hotel's design to be modern and very chic, a definite plus. The central location aided quick visits to the nearby attractions. Breakfast choices were extensive, I was impressed with the variety of options. The team members were helpful, so my visit felt genuinely special.

The room was not very clean. I could see that, especially on the carpet under the bed.

the staff were friendly. the location was very convenient.. it was easy to reach many attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

my room felt quite small for the price i paid for three nights. there was no view from my window since it was completely covered. i heard banging noises early in the morning from what i believe was the kitchen below.

the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items.

i was woken up at 6 am because of burning toast and cooking smells coming through the ventilation system. the mattress protector had other people's hairs and stains (gross!). i wasn't even offered an apology when i informed staff at reception on check out.
