charmed visit
large bed helpful staff
i found superior double room charming. it had extra large beds. i want to compliment the reception staff. they were amazing and so very helpful.
i stayed in room 176. the noise from the ventilation system for the restaurant was loud. it meant i could not have any windows open.

An Acceptable Stay
decent breakfast underground parking loud music uninterested manager
The breakfast was good. It had a decent variety of items. I really liked that the hotel provided spacious underground parking, it was very convenient.
The noise was really bad. My room was on the second floor, and the music from downstairs was very loud. It continued late into the night. The manager didn't seem interested in my concerns at all. I found this disappointing.

the room seemed spacious enough.
the food in the restaurant was far from good. i believe it was the worst food i ever had, not even fit for an animal. even the manager seemed pig rude as well as the staff.

The room was very spacious, a pleasant surprise. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . This was a standout feature. The food I had was very good. I noted the atmosphere of the hotel was great, contributing to a relaxed visit.
The bedroom felt a little too warm, even though it was not particularly hot outside. This was slightly uncomfortable.

The hotel is located right on the street with easy access to nearby amenities. This makes it convenient for exploring. The surroundings were generally peaceful. I found that the area was quiet. This ease of access was VERY convenient.

hotel decor pleasant staff spacious room return visit
i stayed at the hotel to celebrate an important birthday and i was very pleased the hotel decor is great and the staff were pleasant from reception to the restaurant i found them all helpful and well presented. the rooms in the new part are spacious clean and well appointed it is clear that a lot of effort goes into creating this experience. i definitely plan a return visit
the only slight issue i had was the absence of a fridge in my room it would have been a convenient addition to the otherwise well equipped space
