I was disappointed by the inflexibility regarding a voucher. I wanted to change dates, the hotel offered no alternatives or credit for later use (such as a credit note).

The breakfast was amazing with food cooked to order. It's so fresh! the staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent, a real welcome! i found the room very comfortable. It had a large bed. The hot water was plentiful. Really handy! i loved the easy check-in process. That's one less thing to stress about!
Finding a taxi wasn't always easy. It would be great to have more reliable transport options available!

Our room was the superior double room. It was spacious and well decorated! The food in the bar was delicious, and the service there was excellent.
The BED let the whole place down. It really doesn't matter how nice the hotel and staff are. A comfortable bed is the MOST important thing in any hotel.
