Manor House State Rooms, located in the 18th-century Manor House, have silk-lined walls and black Italian marbled bathrooms with rainforest showers, baths, and marble vanities. Castlemartyr Resort features four dining options. Terre offers a multi-course meal that showcases local ingredients with French techniques and Asian flavors on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. Canopy serves contemporary Irish cuisine. The Knights Bar provides an atmosphere for beverages. The Clubhouse offers light dining with views of the golf course. The Hunted Hog Traditional Irish Pub, located in Castlemartyr Village, provides Irish pub fare. The Bell Tower serves gourmet dining and afternoon tea with smoked salmon on Irish soda bread and home-made scones. Children's menus are available at each dining location.

Castlemartyr Resort has a Ron Kirby-designed 18-hole golf course with a driving range and clubhouse. The Spa & Country Club includes ESPA and Germaine de Capuccini therapies, a 20-meter indoor swimming pool, and a thermal suite. A 200 square meter gym is equipped with Technogym fitness equipment with views of the grounds. Onsite activities include tennis and kayaking. Garden games are available on Mitchells Lawn, along with woodland trails and team-building programs. Live music and storytelling are featured with local musicians, 'The Castlemartyrs,' including céilí dancing.

Castlemartyr village is a 20-minute drive from Cork city. It is 30 minutes from Cork Airport, 2 hours and 10 minutes from Shannon Airport, and 2 hours and 30 minutes from Dublin Airport. It is located at the edge of Ireland's Ancient East, providing access to the Wild Atlantic Way. Day trips include Ballycotton, Kinsale, the Ring of Beara, and the Ring of Kerry.

Concierge can arrange historical tours to Strongbow's Castle (dating back to 1210), the 18th-century Manor House, the formal gardens, and a picture gallery tour of the estate.
