underwhelming stay.

non-functional tvold equipment
The tv in my superior king room was not working properly. i tried unplugging it as instructed. It was quite difficult. the gym was also disappointing. The equipment seemed old and not well maintained. plus, i found that the hot tubs weren't hot enough. it was frustrating. I expected better from a hotel with such a good reputation.

the staff were quite helpful. they gave useful information about local attractions. the breakfast buffet was good, with choices. I appreciated the fresh ingredients used.
the room was a bit loud. a christmas party caused noise from 8pm to 1:30am. I struggled to sleep and had to leave the hotel for some quiet. this WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. I also enjoyed the on-site gym. It helped me keep up with my fitness routine.
I encountered an issue with the parking fee.. It felt a bit steep for hotel guests. the breakfast selection seemed somewhat limited. I hoped for more variety.
