Really good Service and Inviting Decor!

I found the staff very friendly and helpful! They provided excellent service. I got great tips for exploring the area. I really appreciated this experience!
The value was difficult to justify. The rooms seem small and outdated. Some areas could do with a revamp, in my opinion.

coffee facilities stressful system
The breakfast was acceptable.
I was very disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I also found the system for recording guest meals poor. I was repeatedly asked if I booked and paid for my meals, which I found stressful.

helpful recommendations ancient lift severe inconvenience
The staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants.
The ancient lift broke down on my second day and i found that disappointing. IT definitely caused inconvenience. This made moving around the hotel VERY difficult.

great location discounted parking great breakfast outdated gym unreliable tv narrow window
The location was amazing. i found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. i really enjoyed the discounted parking. It was super convenient. the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
the gym seemed a bit outdated. the tv in my room did not work all the time. the window only opened slightly, and i missed having fresh air.

Really good Hotel Experience
exquisite breakfast friendly staff ideal location
The breakfast choices were plentiful, with various hot food options and a good buffet! The breakfast service team readily fulfilled requests, such as decaf coffee. I found the staff to be friendly, and they offered a plated chocolate treat on arrival. The location allowed short walks to many pubs and restaurants.
I found the beds and pillows uncomfortable though a fan was provided.

The Twin Room included tea and coffee making facilities. This was convenient. The room had adequate space, and I found it clean upon arrival. Two bottles of water were also provided in the room.

I enjoyed the breakfast room with views of the river Lee. The breakfast choices included a la carte hot food and a buffet. The staff fulfilled requests for items like decaf coffee. I appreciated this attentiveness.
The hotel didn't have its own parking, though there was an agreement with a covered parking lot on a parallel street.
