the location was perfect everything was so central. the room was spacious and very well-equipped it had everything i needed. the reception area and leisure center were gorgeous it was a great first impression.

The location was acceptable since restaurants were in near proximity.

My room was directly above some event with very loud music. I was not informed upon arrival. I contacted reception, but the issue was not resolved, and the following morning, a manager dismissed my concerns with unprofessional behavior, including eye rolling. I find this appalling. I expect the hotel to guarantee peace.
