the staff was friendly and helpful. i found clean and excellent facilities. the pool area featured a sauna and steam room. i enjoyed all of these a lot. the hotel is modern and well located. i appreciated the breakfast options, and the bar was pleasant.

poor cleanliness

I found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time. this is ridiculous for a five star hotel. also, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I requested a change of sheets, but it never happened. towels weren't replaced either. the cleaning was superficial at best.
