Mixed Feelings About My Stay
tiny room loud music
The location was certainly central. It's hard to beat that, I guess.
I requested a large bed and shower, but got possibly the tiniest room. The bathroom was also quite small. The toilet paper holder actually made it hard to sit down. After a few days, the loud music from a nearby bar kept me up. Multiple complaints to the front desk did nothing.

i stayed in a hotel that felt so romantic. a staff member helped with dinner reservations. location are walkable to main shopping, it felt perfect. drinks are good at the bar with appetizers.
the hotel felt slightly outdated and the carpet are old.

The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring many attractions. i found the concierge service particularly helpful. They provided valuable assistance with directions. the staff's commitment to addressing guest needs was evident throughout my stay. I felt well-cared for.
I noted that the elevator wasn't centrally located. I needed to walk a bit to reach my room.

perfect location helpful staff modern amenities
I loved how close the hotel was to st stephen's green! it made exploring so easy and quick. the staff were helpful, really going above and beyond to. my room was also immaculate with modern amenities. I even found complimentary drinks in the fridge!

Breakfast offered a really great selection. i noticed sylvia was especially cute, and gonazalo was friendly. They looked after every guest so nicely. the late breakfast times worked great for my schedule.

The large bed was amazing, and i appreciated the turndown service each night. the room was quiet and luxurious. I got the impression that it was immaculately decorated. i think the top quality of the finishes really stood out.

Central Hotel with Excellent Staff

The staff demonstrated really good care during my birthday celebration. They delivered a delicious cake and Prosecco to my room. Acknowledging my daughter's stay, they also sent a glass to her room which was a lovely touch. I found the valet parking particularly convenient. Dropping off my keys made attending city center meetings much easier.

The concierge services was so nice with efficiency and a smile. Any request was addressed promptly. Luggage and shopping bags were handled with great care and attention to detail, a very welcome touch, particularly when in a hurry. The staff was always very helpful.

The hotel offers a very convenient location. I could walk easily to many attractions in the surrounding area. The shopping area with restaurants and stores is just a short walk away. This central position made exploring quite easy.

My room was quiet and beautifully decorated, a very welcome surprise considering the central location. The bathroom had luxurious fixtures and ample space. The room was very clean. Everything was in excellent condition when I arrived for my stay.

Acceptable Stay. Noise Issues
The staff was great. Very courteous and friendly.
The music from the bar next door was so loud. It made sleeping impossible until the early hours, even after multiple requests to the front desk. That's not my idea of good news, though.
