I found the central location very convenient with so much to see within walking distance, a real win. the staff impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. check-in was quick. my room was lovely. It felt big, clean, and modern, exactly what i needed.

I noticed that the electrical sockets were not tightly fixed to the wall. They started to pull out when i tried to remove a plug adapter. it wasn't a major issue, but definitely something that could be improved for safety. it was a minor inconvenience!

the beautiful king room featured classic decor and was a nice size for a longer stay, great! the bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens, i enjoyed it. the in-room climate control worked well.

The room looked tired, and it would benefited from updates. A hairdryer was missing from the room. The window faced walls, a view I did not appreciate.

i found the staff kind. they helped me with directions and recommended quiet spots to wander. breakfast in the restaurant seemed like a gentle dream, it was quick and tasty. i really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

the elevators did seem a bit slow during peak hours, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The hotel staff were very helpful. They assisted with our bags upon arrival. The hotel bar stood out. The drinks were some of the best I have had. The hotel's location made it easy to access many attractions.

The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no ironing board available. The room also had no air conditioning, only a plug-in fan. The bed reminded me of it needed replacing as it sagged in the middle.
