The location provides easy access to the park. I enjoyed morning walks. The bed was comfortable (I slept very well). I found the staff at reception particularly helpful. They provided useful directions. The facility felt well managed with attention to detail.

I got an upgrade for a family trip. The staff at the desk were helpful. The facility was managed well and seemed very professional. It was convenient and clean.

The room had a musty smell. I opened the windows to help get rid of it, however, it returned later. I found wear and tear on the furniture, particularly on the arms of chairs. There weren't any usable charging points or plugs close to the bed.
