The room I got was not quite what I hoped for. it was supposed to be a beautiful room, but it felt cramped. also, the climate control wasn't working right. It got TOO stuffy at night, and I couldn't adjust it. it really affected my sleep.

i found the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. the food was delicious in the restaurant. the hotel location was close to shopping areas and was convenient.

i requested reception to check the aircon. the room temperature was fixed at 22° and i could not open any windows. this made the room too hot for SLEEP.

the hotel is modern with chic and contemporary design. the hotel location is near the national stadium, it is within walking distance. tv casting options exist for user convenience.

receptionists were kind and cute to all the guests. the staff at the bar was very cute and looked after us. the hotel staff demonstrated great attentiveness to guest needs.

the location was great. it was close to a bus line. this made travel to the hotel easy. the interior design of the hotel pleased ME. the staff was very customer oriented.

the room was tiny. the window blackout was unable to OPEN. the bed was VERY high. i felt claustrophobic in that room.
