poor room excessive noise
the hotel's location was acceptable. the city centre was within easy reach.
The room assigned to me was rather poor. there was barely enough space to move around and the noise level was excessive. i was disturbed by cleaning staff early in the morning. They ignored the do not disturb sign.

great comfort wide variety
the room was very clean! the bed provided great comfort. the location is excellent, close to attractions and shops. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, it had something for everyone
the window faced a closed yard with noisy equipment, i couldn't leave it open at night

I found the location advantageous as major attractions were nearby. I had a smooth check-in process and appreciated the friendly staff. The room included adequate space and was well-kept .

Solid stay near main attractions
convenient location professional staff
The location is convenient for accessing main attractions. The room included a hairdryer and many mirrors. I also left luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Staff demonstrated kindness and professionalism.
The housekeeper opened the door without waiting for a response. She laughed when she found me in the shower. I never received an apology for this intrusion.
