beautiful lobby good food small bathroom weak flow
the hotel lobby was beautiful. its modern design was amazing!!! the self-service breakfast included a good selection of food, perfect for starting the day.
my bathroom was small. the main shower head did not work properly, and the water flow was weak. also, the towels felt small.

The room was lovely. The reception staff were very nice and professional.
I booked a room for 3 adults. Upon arrival, there was a double bed and a child's bed (with a waterproof fitted sheet). I rang down to request a different room but was told there were none available. The bathroom was tiny. It was not ideal for three adults. I had to request extras, as the room was clearly set up for two people.

a decent stay

helpful staff leisure center functional room incorrect sheet shower issue fixed issue
the staff in the leisure center were nice. they are helpful. the facilities included good equipment. the aerobics room was functional.
the sheets were not fixed correctly on the bed. i had an issue turning off the shower. nobody came to fix the shower issue.
