Really good Stay with Fantastic Amenities

rooftop bar excellent facilities

The hotel has excellent facilities. It includes restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a pool. Access to the Power Gym and the pool was great (I especially liked the view of the pool from my room).

The room lacked storage. There were no wardrobes, just hooks on the wall. I found it a bit inconvenient to manage my clothes, especially with limited space for a suitcase.

The staff were cute and helpful. They assisted with all requests promptly. I found the team at reception and in the gym and pool area particularly friendly and accommodating.

Magical Boutique Hotel Experience

fantastic interior helpful staff friendly staff

The hotel's interior design was fantastic. A good scent greeted me upon entering. The staff at reception and in the gym and pool area were cute and helpful. Kenny and Paudrig were very friendly and contributed to a magical stay (they really were really good).

Acceptable, but Several Issues Noted

forgotten dinner order dead door battery

The hotel had a nice gym and pool, which I used.

The customer service was really subpar. One dinner order was completely forgotten (annoying!), and when they finally re-ordered it, it arrived ten minutes later. Later, we were locked out of our room because the door battery died. I was told if we wanted to leave the room together again, we needed a physical key.
