my premium room was spacious and clean the nespresso machine was a great touch i really liked the offer of complimentary hot chocolate delivered to the room i found the pool area lovely and the staff quite friendly.

i felt a slight disconnect because a number of people live in the hotel or adjoining units it made me feel like i was intruding in their space
