the room was large (i stayed in a superior room). the bed was comfortable. the hotel grounds had paths for walking.

the dinner menu was not great. the tv channel selection was limited. these issues affected my overall stay.

the family room was huge, with so much space for everyone. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and the coffee was really strong, just how i like it!

spacious room clean room friendly staff

my premium room was spacious and clean the nespresso machine was a great touch i really liked the offer of complimentary hot chocolate delivered to the room i found the pool area lovely and the staff quite friendly.

i felt a slight disconnect because a number of people live in the hotel or adjoining units it made me feel like i was intruding in their space
