Leonardo Hotel Galway enjoys a fantastic location, with many guests appreciating being within a short walk of the Spanish Arch and the city centre's attractions, including cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The spacious rooms are a common highlight, with some offering comfortable amenities and, for some lucky guests, pleasant sea or river views. convenient locationloud air conditioningmissing coffee pods
The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to walk to the main attractions.
The room was small. the air conditioning unit made a loud rattling noise all night. I barely slept. housekeeping didn't replace the coffee pods after the first day, i found that quite annoying. also, the promised city views were mostly of a brick wall.

The room design was good. I found the space and bed very comfortable. The staff greeted me warmly, and the location proved very convenient (I could easily walk to nearby attractions).
My bedroom felt small. The storage was limited. There were only five hangers and no drawers for unpacking. The bathroom was quite basic (the toiletries were missing) and lacked any special features. I think it could be better.
