The hotel location was ideal. It was very close to main attractions and transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful in every interaction I had. The room included daily cleaning services.

The breakfast selection was limited. The coffee lacked flavour. My room faced an inner courtyard and a loud ventilation pipe, hindering natural light and ventilation. Noise from the bar and neighbouring rooms was noticeable at times.

the room seemed small, and i wasn't expect it this tight. there was also no refrigerator in the room, a real problem for me to keep my insulin. no place existed to relax in the room either.

i noticed only a slight delay at check-in.
