missing foyerlukewarm dishes
The absence of a dedicated foyer was quite noticeable. There was no designated area to sit, read, or wait for assistance from reception. The room window handle detached when closed and there was no full-length mirror. There was no UHT milk, so making tea was impossible. The food in the dining area was also a problem. I found the dishes lukewarm.

I was thrilled with the room. It had books and toys! It's amazing they provide so much for families. The decor was so lovely. I really liked it. Breakfast had an amazing view. The staff were lovely, helpful and always on hand.
The shower lacked a bit of pressure! The pressure was better at the sink tap.

The family room is very spacious. Rooms include a toy corner. Rooms were cozy, clean and well-equipped. Rooms are heated, even in cooler months. I loved my stay!

The food was good and the ocean views were lovely I thought.
The shower water pressure was very weak I was disappointed. I found a clump of hair on the bedroom carpet upon arrival it was off-putting. the room had a very small window so natural light was limited I felt.

The hotel location was convenient (close to local attractions). The room included two chairs and a coffee table. The breakfast buffet offered fresh fruit and pastries.
The room lighting was dim. The television remote control was not working properly. The gym had limited equipment (only one treadmill).
