slow room servicelimited buffet
I found the room service pretty slow. It took ages for someone to answer the phone. also, the breakfast buffet seemed a bit limited. the pastries looked stale and the hot food wasn't very warm. i expected a better selection for a hotel of this type.

underwhelming stay

acceptable poollate check-ininconvenient fridge
the swimming pool was acceptable and provided a way to pass the time.
Check-in was a disaster since the room wasn't ready until well after the stated check-in time. I had to wait around. the room lacked a fridge, a pretty standard amenity these days, quite inconvenient. furthermore, the shower barely dribbled water. Washing my hair was like a punishment.
