I found parking very accessible and secure. The breakfast had a varied selection including fresh fruit and gluten-free options. It was a proper feast. The swimming pool and steam room were great amenities. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. The staff were always attentive.

i finished a three night stay. my room was ready upon my early arrival and check in was smooth. i dined in the enclosure bar and bistro on two nights the food tasted very nice and prices seemed reasonable. each day housekeeping left fresh drinking water tea coffee and biscuits in the room.
my partner called in advance asking for a bottle of prosecco for mother's day. i got to the room and found a card and water instead. the smell of bleach in the room was intoxicating and the handle of the window was broken and fell on the floor.

the hotel is close to a large shopping center that features an indoor playroom. there is also a coffee machine for different coffees and teapots for making pots of tea, accompanied by proper mugs. ample parking spaces were available

my room had air conditioning. i especially appreciated it because the weather was unusually warm for the area. rooms were very clean. the size of the rooms was great and modern providing adequate space for relaxation and movement.

breakfast was very good. the breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. you had the opportunity to order something cooked fresh for you. the carvery was delicious with chicken, mash, veg, roast potatoes and pepper sauce.

she was warm and cute throughout the evening. her knowledge of the drinks menu was excellent and her recommendations were spot on. anne managed the bar well even during busy periods always maintaining a friendly attitude and quick service.
the shower had no pressure and was either scolding hot or freezing cold. the tiling was badly patched and repaired. socket covers were not installed correctly and had paint on them.
