My stay went okay overall. The staff really seemed friendly.

I did find a couple of problems to complain about. There was not any personal laundry service available on weekends. I was told wrong information about that on two occasions. I ended up with a lot of dirty laundry.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean. It felt very cute. The location was excellent. It was close to everything I needed.

The room did not have air conditioning, and it was a bit warm during the day.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. The hotel provided extra pillows. There was also a super coffee machine in the room which was a nice bonus. A large window offered ample natural light during the day.

The bar menu featured a reasonably large selection with quite a good range of choices. I enjoyed a green Thai curry, and it tasted fresh. Breakfast included various options, such as pastries, cereals, and hot items.

The reception staff was very understanding and processed a refund without any problems. I spoke with a staff member who was very helpful and accommodating about an early check-in request. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient.
