whirlpool bath great function wonderful staff

The breakfast selection WAS AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the variety of options. My room included a whirlpool bath for added relaxation. The room design also provided great function. The staff were wonderful at the desk, bar, housekeeping, and restaurant.

The food during the evening meal was ok but not up to the expected standard.

spacious room friendly staff walking trails

i stayed in the executive twin suite. the room was spacious and well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the receptionists!). the hotel provided a brochure with marked walking trails around the lake.

the bar dinner menu was limited. i found the choices offered somewhat disappointing.

warm welcome lake view air conditioning

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. our lake view balcony room on the fourth floor offered a smaller, modern space. it had air conditioning which was really a bonus during the warm days.. and we used it. the views were lovely.

i found the coffee machine impossible to use without instructions.

dinner in the restaurant included excellent service and delicious food. geraldine especially ensured everything met our expectations. breakfast offered a real treat with made-to-order omelettes and pancakes, offering something for everyone.
