“What stands out is the location in the Gasworks district, near the city center, balancing accessibility with a quieter environment. I think it is worth noting the customized menus for events, suggesting an attention to detail beyond the standard hotel fare. The little things, like complimentary weekend parking and modern meeting spaces, position it well for both business and leisure.”

inconsistent experience. reception issues
slow request undertrained staff
i had issues . reception staff often seemed to ignore waiting guests, even when three people were at the desk. it seemed like i was overlooked rather than welcomed, a smile could improve things. requests took over two hours to be fulfilled, which seemed slow to me.

Acceptable, but some issues detract from experience
weak shower pressure difficult temperature
I was disappointed with a couple of aspects. The shower pressure was quite weak. It made for a less than refreshing start to the day. I found the room temperature difficult to regulate. It was either too warm or too cool, never quite right.

Excellent Room and Central Location
smooth process spacious room nice idea delicious brownie
The check-in process was smooth. My room was spacious and included complimentary bathrobes. I liked the hotel's idea of offering a voucher for food or donating to charity if you decline room service. I recommend the seafood chowder, followed by the chocolate brownie.
The shower pressure was noticeably weak, and could have been better.
