Ten Square Hotel, located in the heart of Belfast's business center, has 62 rooms ranging from Ten Square Double Rooms to Executive King Rooms. Newly built Ten Square Rooms offer contemporary design with double beds and overhead rain showers. Classic rooms include Super Kingsize beds and in-room entertainment. Executive rooms feature King-size beds, overhead rain showers, and toiletries. The Jaffe Penthouse, above City Hall, provides 900 square feet of space. The Vegas Suite accommodates up to 10 guests and includes a rooftop hot tub. The Lanyon Suite offers a double bathtub. The Yorkshire Suite combines Victorian architecture with accommodations. Other options include the Doffer Suite and Spinner Suite.

Dining and Drinks

Josper's Steakhouse features steaks cooked in a Spanish charcoal oven. The Linen Bar has craft beers, local gins, and live music on select evenings. Doffer Bar offers a range of beers and craft spirits, screening sports fixtures and live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The Loft, a rooftop bar, offers cocktails and city views, open Friday and Saturday. Afternoon tea is served in The Loft on Saturdays.
