the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
Housekeeping was a SERIOUS problem. Surfaces in the bathroom were not cleaned throughout my stay. bed linens were changed only once , unacceptable. used glasses and dirty hand towels were left for reuse. Water and coffee refills were not provided regularly, i EXPECT better.

the staff was helpful and cute. check in was quick and i went up to the modern room. it had comfortable beds and a great shower. two bottles of water was provided there, it was perfect.
i heard noise from pipes during the night, i was on the 4th floor and pipes in the wall constantly made noise.

the room had two bright windows and extra pillows. the room was well equipped with a safe, a minibar, and coffee making facilities. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

customer service was excellent when there was a major weather incident. the receptionist was helpful during check in. the hotel validate parking tickets so it has a very good discount at a nearby parking station.

the hotel is a stone throw from the city centre. its a short distance to most attractions. the hotel is situated well to grand central station. there are lots of restaurants and bars near by.

the in room food service offers excellent food. superb breakfast is available with loads of options. breakfast caters for all dietary needs. there is a restaurant on site that also offers breakfast, but i did not eat there.

My "Standard Double Room One Double One Single Bed" was super clean. The daily replenishment of water and toiletries was VERY convenient. I found the staff helpful and pleasant. They answered every question with a smile!!!
