the staff were very good. i especially want to mention ryan and melissa. they provided attentive service. their professional service was definitely a stand out feature at the hotel.
the bed was not comfy, and the pillows were hard. the room had a strong smell. i asked for a cocktail at 9:30pm but was told they were not being served, nobody was there to make them

The staff was friendly throughout the hotel. The swimming pool had long opening hours. My children really enjoyed going daily to the pool. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of variety.
The hotel was located a distance from the city centre. When I arrived, the sofa bed was not made. The room only had two cups and two glasses plus two sets of towels. I had to request everything.

i had lunch in the river bar there. our waitress dionne was very attentive. she ensured everything was perfect during the service. i found her service one of the best.
the breakfast was poor . the cooked breakfast had everything deep fried. it was very over cooked. i found this disappointing.
