The location is really central. It made getting around very easy. The bar was nice and lively. It had a good atmosphere.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The room temperature remained high even after adjusting the thermostat. I found the breakfast buffet to be poorly organized. There were also parts missing from the room accessories.

scratched bathroom sinkdisorganized breakfast
I found the room rather underwhelming. the sink in the bathroom had noticeable scratches, which detracted from the overall impression. also, the absence of decaf tea bags in the room was a minor inconvenience, and there were only two sugar packets provided. No sweeteners were available. the breakfast service felt disorganized. we were asked to order from the main menu before having access to the continental buffet, which seemed backwards. The staff looked confused when we requested to do it the other way around.

Really good Crafternoon Tea and Service

warm welcomeexcellent foodbeer choiceintrusive noise
The staff welcomed us warmly. Everything about the Crafternoon tea was thoroughly explained. The food's quality and quantity were both excellent. The beer choice alongside traditional tea provided a unique touch I greatly appreciated.
Our second-floor room faced a busy road, leading to intrusive noise during the day. The noise level was acceptable at night. The room was located next to a linen store, where numerous large trolleys parked, affecting the ambience.
