a beautiful escape

I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room upon arrival, it was a sweet surprise. the room was clean and spacious, a true sanctuary. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I enjoyed exploring the area.
the gym was quite small and lacked adequate equipment, it wasn't the most conducive environment for a thorough workout. i hope they consider expanding it soon.

The superior room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area. It felt very spacious. there were complimentary cookies and bottled water upon arrival. I liked this nice touch. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The breakfast selection included a variety of hot and cold items. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant offered a diverse menu. The food was AMAZING!!! the service was prompt and courteous. I felt well taken care of.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. It was a smooth start to my stay. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. the housekeeping team kept the room immaculate. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

The hotel is situated near several shops and restaurants. It made exploring convenient. it is close to a large retail park. This offers many shopping options. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. I had no trouble getting around.

The pool area includes a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room. A lovely place to relax. the hotel has a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes. I liked the option to exercise. there is also a bar with a good selection of drinks.

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was lovely! the room was really clean and smelled lovely! i was really charmed by the cleanliness and the lovely room smell.
the tv was smaller than i expected. i wished for more channels! also, the soundproofing wasn't the best, as i could hear some noise from outside during the night. these noises were a bit distracting.

the staff were friendly. i found the food in the mulberry restaurant very nice too.
the hotel was lovely, though it was hot with no air conditioning that i could see.
