i found the staff to be helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the cleaners, everyone was excellent. the standard of cleanliness was excellent! our superior family room felt fresh and super clean. it was very spacious. the food menu had a great choice, and the food presentation was excellent too.
the room was a bit too warm! i tried to adjust the thermostat, but it didn't seem to make much of a difference. a cooler room would have been perfect, especially for a good night's sleep.

the hotel is near a busy area, which includes retail parks so that was handy for any bits i needed! despite the activity, it was surprisingly quiet, and i didn't hear any excess traffic or people noise at night.

Reception staff were very cute. they explained everything clearly, including breakfast times and leisure facilities. housekeeping staff were also helpful and friendly. breakfast offered a great choice. The evening meal was delicious, well-priced, and a good portion.
i found the gym to be somewhat lacking in equipment.

I really loved the food. it was excellent and so tasty. my room felt so cozy. it was very comfortable and clean. staff was friendly. It was a great experience from start to finish. breakfast had a nice selection.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a superior room upon arrival, it was a sweet surprise. the room was clean and spacious, a true sanctuary. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. I enjoyed exploring the area.
the gym was quite small and lacked adequate equipment, it wasn't the most conducive environment for a thorough workout. i hope they consider expanding it soon.

the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was lovely! the room was really clean and smelled lovely! i was really charmed by the cleanliness and the lovely room smell.
the tv was smaller than i expected. i wished for more channels! also, the soundproofing wasn't the best, as i could hear some noise from outside during the night. these noises were a bit distracting.
