Lough Eske Castle offers 124 rooms and suites, including Courtyard Rooms in the original 1600s stables with modern country decor, sandstone or carpeted floors, and private terraces. Deluxe Rooms feature oak furniture and marble bathrooms. Superior Deluxe Rooms include bay windows overlooking the courtyard, four-poster king-size beds, and marble bathrooms with twin wash basins. Junior Suites provide 700 sq ft of space with bespoke oak furniture and green leather accents. Garden Suites, located in the castle gardens, offer direct access to the outdoors. Donegal Suites include air conditioning, local artwork, and whiskeys, as well as Magee tweed wallscapes and roll-top bath tubs. Family Rooms are also available and are equipped with 32-inch flat-screen TV.
Dining Experience
Cedars Restaurant provides a dining experience with views of the castle gardens, and features Donegal cuisine. The Father Browne Bar displays photographs by Father 'Titanic' Browne and offers drinks and meals. The Gallery Bar and Lobby Lounge provides bistro-style dining with local ingredients. Guests can have Afternoon Tea in the Lobby Lounge or drawing rooms. Sunday lunch is available at Cedars Restaurant. Private dining is offered in the Father Browne Boardroom, Glencar Suite and Ballroom. Whiskey tastings are available in the Whiskey Cellar, located in the Castle's cellar by the Father Browne Bar. The Lake Lodge guests can access Cedars Restaurant, Gallery Bar or Father Browne Bar-only twelve minutes' walk along the shores of Lough Eske

Lough Eske Castle includes CARA Organic Beauty Spa, featuring seven treatment rooms, couples' rooms with jet bath and steam room, and a thermal suite. Guests can access the swimming pool, fitness center, and bicycles. Spa Ritual Offer at CARA Organic Spa includes a 30 minute ESPA treatment, which can be a back, neck and shoulder massage or an express facial. Guests can soak in outdoor hot tubs and access the Thermal Suite for 60 minutes. The fitness center offers cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
