friendly staff helpful staff convenient location

the place is well run the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you get a nice stay i was able to leave luggage before and after my stay the staff were very helpful the location is convenient it is a kilometer to grand central station and to the city centre

the rooms were dated and tired looking it was not a big deal as the hotel is affordable i was not expecting luxury

the staff were friendly. they were also professional. the location was near some good restaurants. bars were within easy walking distance of the hotel.

the breakfast was not worth the extra cost. there was no hot food unless you mean toast. this reminded me of a wasted expenditure. the room was really just a base for us to explore the area.

the location proved very central for exploring. the staff members were attentive and helpful . the room provided good value, meeting my expectations for a budget trip.

the window opening was restricted in my room, causing slight discomfort.
