really good experience at riverside location

the staff were really good. the building was super clean. my king guest room was excellent, modern, and nicely decorated. it was left perfectly clean. the view was lovely. the bed was comfortable. overall, it was a great experience. the location is right across from the central train station. it is about a fifteen-minute walk into the city.
something irritated me. i was informed that my deposit would be returned when i checked out. this was not the case. they retained the funds for longer than the specified time.

the staff was lovely and the location is fantastic for exploring the city. i appreciated the tasty breakfast, it was fresh and plentiful each morning. i was lucky to check in early, a great relief after my travels.
i noticed the couches in the main entrance looked slightly worn and could use replacing.
