the housekeeping really needs improvement. the bed sheets had many stains. even the new sheets i requested also had stains!

The family room was spacious. It included a walk-in shower. I appreciated that the hotel is really close to key sights. I also found breakfast offered a nice choice.

Staff were nice and very helpful. They even made pizzas in the early hours after i came back to the hotel from a night out. Their attentiveness was commendable.

really good experience at riverside location
super clean building modern decoration comfortable bed great location
the staff were really good. the building was super clean. my king guest room was excellent, modern, and nicely decorated. it was left perfectly clean. the view was lovely. the bed was comfortable. overall, it was a great experience. the location is right across from the central train station. it is about a fifteen-minute walk into the city.
something irritated me. i was informed that my deposit would be returned when i checked out. this was not the case. they retained the funds for longer than the specified time.

fantastic location tasty breakfast early check-in
the staff was lovely and the location is fantastic for exploring the city. i appreciated the tasty breakfast, it was fresh and plentiful each morning. i was lucky to check in early, a great relief after my travels.
i noticed the couches in the main entrance looked slightly worn and could use replacing.

the hotel is situated within a short walk to various restaurants, bars, and shops. st george's market, a fantastic food and craft venue, is just across the road. the titanic museum is a pleasant 15-minute walk down the river.

the room was spacious and offered a good view. breakfast included many choices and the bar staff were friendly. the location was convenient to the main train station.
i found some overcharges at the restaurant compared to the menu. the portions for cocktails were small. i expect better attention to detail.
