“The Old Inn is a historic gem near Crawfordsburn Country Park, but its Treetop Spa, perched among the trees, really sets it apart; dining earns accolades, though bar prices seem to miss the mark. Overall, I think it's a charming spot for a getaway, demanding just a bit more attention to value.”

underwhelming stay

overpriced food complete disaster
The receptionist was lovely. This much i can admit.
The food was seriously underwhelming and heinously overpriced. eight pounds for a pint! the kids' meals cost almost seventeen pounds each for, like, three chicken goujons. it was a complete disaster. I will avoid it in the future.

Acceptable Stay

spa area relaxing surroundings delicious breakfast delicious dinner great location nice beach road noise front room running engine delivery truck wet room shower water
The spa area was beautiful! I found the surroundings very relaxing and lovely. The food was delicious both at breakfast and dinner. I totally enjoyed the selection. The location worked great for beach visits and walks.
The road noise was an issue, as our room faced the front of the building. A delivery truck parked outside our window with its engine running from 6 AM for 40 minutes. It really disrupted my sleep. The water from the shower wasn't contained to the bath causing the bathroom to become a wet room.
