Wonderful Stay at a Special Resort

The staff were friendly and well organized. They dealt with any queries effectively. Extra staff helped to manage busy check-in. The two leisure suites offered a luxurious feel, especially for adults. The facilities are modern and offer a relaxing experience.
I waited a few times on arrival as no one answered at reception.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

The restaurants provided lovely experiences each evening. Cruize offered great ambiance and Brambles had excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed every request with a smile. I found the spa a special treat. The facilities were clean and the treatments relaxing.
The mattress in my room was a bit bumpy. This did impact my sleep quality slightly .

I really enjoyed the luxury spa experience. The leisure facilities were excellently maintained. The resort balances luxury with a cute atmosphere very well.
The mattress in the room I had was a bit bumpy, so sleep was not the best.

the hotel sits in a gorgeous location and is close to the ferry.
i was disappointed with a few things , . we also wanted to relax at the fireside snug, but workers were erecting christmas trees, leaving no space .
