The early check-in at the hotel was helpful. I paid an additional fee, though it was worth it. The swimming pool also provided a good experience.
The reception area looked a little under staffed!

Okay stay

spacious roomblackout curtainsdeactivated keysbathroom mould
The room was surprisingly spacious. The blackout curtains ensured total darkness, rare. Plugs next to the bed were convenient.
The room keys kept deactivating. I had to go to the receptionist to reactivate them. There was also some mould in the bathroom.

absent air conditioningdreadful customer service
I am mad about several things with this hotel. The lack of air conditioning is a joke. It was terribly hot in the room and made sleep impossible. Staff was rude when I checked out early because of the heat. They seemed not to care about my discomfort. Their customer service skills need improvement badly.
