The location of the hotel was lovely. staff was polite and helpful, she greeted us at reception with a smile. our standard twin room was clean. It was a cozy place for our stay.

our room needed some attention. the tv was from another era and the main light only worked when flicked half way. only one pillow each provided, but after two hours, more arrived.

The staff was consistently cute and helpful. This is why I keep returning. They were particularly accommodating of my electric wheelchair. The hotel quickly arranged for us to all be on the same floor with my elderly parents after learning of our original separate floors. A slice of cake with a candle was brought out for my father-in-law's birthday, a very nice touch.

I found that the hotel offered no complimentary internet access in the rooms.
