i found the staff friendly. they were so helpful during my entire stay. the room was spacious and well kept. i also appreciated the convenient parking option at victoria car park.
i noticed a minor issue, the wardrobe shelves were positioned awkwardly, limiting hanging space.

The rooms was indeed massive. The staff are lovely, especially Gaby on reception. Breakfast included a good selection, so starting the day was simple. The bar area was also classy.
The room i was staying in really needs some work. I think the hotel should consider that.
