the location was quite convenient for getting around, i guess.
The room was small. i also found a stain on one of the towels. It looked suspiciously like coffee. i requested a room cleaning, but it never actually happened. honestly, i could have cleaned it better myself. the air conditioning was ancient and noisy, so that didn't improve my sleep at all.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff!

The location is fantastic and very convenient I walked just a few minutes to bars, pubs, and restaurants There is even a great cocktail bar downstairs that guests can't miss! I also received a free cheese board with wine per night after creating a Z membership on their website, it was worth it. Beds and pillows are very comfy I slept really well ! Sky TV was available in the room.
The bathroom is just frosted glass, so it might not be ideal if you are not staying with a partner There is nowhere to hang clothes if you are staying for more than a single night I would have liked a fridge in the room as well.

I really enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine offered in the evening This added a nice touch to my stay, giving me a chance to relax after a long day I liked the breakfast yogurt with granola.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was very clean upon arrival. the hotel's location was very good for seeing everything.
the bathroom was a glass box, it caused flooding as soon as i used the shower. there were no stairs to the upper floors.

the location was central, near many attractions. i found the staff friendly and helpful, especially with directions. i also appreciated the 24-hour service desk. getting a drink upon arrival was a nice touch, especially after a long journey.
