cute staff early check-in modern design blackout curtains
I found the staff cute. I was also allowed a convenient early check-in. The room design felt very modern, and I liked the subdued lighting it had. Blackout curtains ensured I had a great night's sleep.
It is true that the room felt a little dark.

The hotel's central location is good. The WYLD spa is a short, five-minute walk. Walking to the city center the next day seemed very easy. Staff members seemed very helpful and friendly.

beautiful suite romantic view helpful staff broken air-conditioning dodgy flush poor parking
the suite was beautiful, perfect for a romantic getaway. the view included the buildings, it was such a tender sight to wake up to each morning. asia was helpful. she.
the air conditioning did not work. the room became really hot, i could not open the window. i didn't sleep very well as a result. the toilet flush was a bit dodgy and the tap turned off and on in the wrong direction. the parking situation was not ideal!

friendly staff deep bath dark hall dusty furniture
the staff reception was consistently helpful and friendly i found that quite cute. the room i stayed in featured a wide and deep bath which was perfect.
the hotel halls was really dark this seemed intentional. the room had all black furniture i observed thick dust on the tv stand base.

excellent stay near the water
polite staff clean room wonderful decor
the staff was polite upon arrival. the room was clean with wonderful decor (i really liked the design). the bathroom had an excellent size. i also enjoyed the bright standard room.
the room could have been soundproofed better. i could hear some external noises at night. this made sleeping a little difficult for me.
