The staff were polite of three nights.
The corridor carpet was filthy (a NIGHTMARE). My dinner experience was bad. My prawns were tough. There was also an odd request for a £50 deposit on the meal bill instead of adding it to the room. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

The location allowed easy access to attractions. The staff proved helpful. They promptly addressed any concerns I raised. Rooms offered ample space and comprehensive amenities. Grounds were picturesque. They were also well maintained. The breakfast selection presented considerable variety.
Spa robes required a five pound payment. I felt this should be included. Up close, the spa area felt somewhat small, even though it was nice. The walkway required caution around the pool area, due to limited space.

the hotel features clean, luxurious rooms. the spacious bathroom was well appointed. staff members, especially cleaning staff, were helpful and friendly. i liked having two menus, one for the restaurant and another for bar or room service.
there was no plug socket near a mirror, so i could not see well to do my hair. there was also poor lighting in the room with only one lamp.

The staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely and also very clean. I found the staff were great. Pool maintenance seemed frequent.
My room looked worn. I noticed a missing towel holder on the wall. The edging around the bath and floors needed refreshing.
