The indoor swimming pool was very nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent in the restaurant. The menu offered a great choice.
The room lacked a fridge. There were no laundry bags available.

The reception staff was efficient, also friendly upon my arrival. My room had a tv, hairdryer, with a comfy bed. Toiletries were available in the room, also in the spa changing rooms. The pool plus gym provided great facilities.

The spa area displays beautiful design, furthermore offers a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. I saw the outdoor spa area and it looked peaceful, really gorgeous. The gym features cardio equipment including treadmills.

The Stables restaurant presents gorgeous food, with a really good menu that includes many interesting options. I noticed the breakfast choice, and it seemed huge with great quality. Cocktails such as the limoncello vanilla mojito seemed special.

The staff acted excellent, furthermore they were very good their duties. I also found them always smiling, while they ensured my comfort and proper care. Reception staff was efficient, really great overall.

unreliable wifibarely working air conditioning
first, the air conditioning barely WORKED. i fiddled with it for ages, but the room remained stuffy and warm, even on the lowest setting. then, the promised "high-speed" wifi was anything but. it was slow and UNRELIABLE. i struggled to even load basic webpages.

The spa area was beautiful and very clean. I found the cocktails gorgeous (the mango pina colada especially!). The staff were helpful and looked smart. The evening meal at the stables restaurant was delicious.
The room was basic. It lacked a mini fridge, I would have found it helpful. The twin beds could have been further apart, those are my only niggles.

upon my arrival, i hoped for a lovely stay. the cozy room i booked was only accessible via stairs. there was no one who assisted me with my bags.
