Amazing Service and Clean Rooms
lovely breakfast complimentary water
The breakfast was lovely! A staff member quickly set up a new table for us the second morning. The hotel also provided complimentary canned water in the rooms, so thoughtful.

The room had everything I needed and its size was nice. I appreciated the friendly staff at reception. They were very helpful. The hotel location was excellent!
I asked the receptionist to check the air conditioning unit, because I tried to turn it off, but it was still making a loud noise. I didn't get told whether it was fixed or not, and it was still whirring really loudly both nights I was there, despite me turning it off from the wall. The shower floor was grubby, and the trash cans were small and useless.

The staff was fantastic and really were great. the facilities in the room were great and exceeded my expectations. the location is excellent. It gave me easy access to travel lines. the room was a good size and very clean.
The small inconvenience i faced was the absence of a mini bar. I just found an empty fridge.

fantastic location polite staff hotel cleanliness concrete look street noise slamming doors
The location was fantastic. It was convenient for getting around. the staff was polite, which i appreciated. i also found the cleanliness of the hotel to be commendable.
the room walls had a bare, unfinished concrete look. it felt a bit cold and not entirely pleasant. noise from the street was quite noticeable and disrupted sleep. doors slamming in the corridor were also bothersome.
