check in went so smooth, it was really fast. i found the staff lovely and helpful. the bedrooms? the comfiest! i especially liked how modern the room was, very good for photos.

the desk area was very small for using my laptop while i was working. it was difficult to concentrate.

the hotel is situated perfect, i walked easily to the opera house and nearby restaurants. it made exploring so simple because everything was close. public transport links are accessible too.

the staff, they were super helpful and friendly. i even got a token and could get a free drink at the bar. i really felt taken care of cause they were always ready to help you with things.

the downstairs bar and reception area are great. you find many seating areas with fun stuff like giant jenga. there's also a ping pong table and a photo booth. it's a good fun vibe all round there.

breakfast happened in the bar area, it had hot food and pastries. there were yoghurts and fruits too, it gave a great selection. getting breakfast was easy, and i appreciated the variety.

Lovely Stay at This Spot!

The location was very convenient, especially being so close to the Opera House. The staff were helpful and always smiling, definitely a plus. I liked the modern style throughout the hotel. I must say, the room's blackout curtains were amazing. I slept so well!

The desk in the room was quite small, barely enough space for my laptop.

The king guest room featured useful space design, alongside a hanging rack on the wall for clothes, instead of a wardrobe. There were also ample tea and coffee sachets available, a nice touch. A kettle and mugs are in the room.

Breakfast had a decent selection of hot food, yogurts, fruits, and pastries. I found it very satisfying. The bar area doubles as the reception and breakfast area, a design I found quite efficient. The new menu included tasty dishes.

the staff was very nice and helpful, which i did appreciate.

The heater was too loud. It made it hard to sleep. the sink was partially clogged, so water pooled. the shower tap was also leaking. I found this disappointing.

The location was very convenient. It was close to many bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and check in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. it had tea and coffee.

The area outside was noisy. Music from the clubs nearby was loud. Parking was not close to the hotel. The hotel did provide directions to a car park, yet this was inconvenient.
