My spa day included amazing treatments. Lynne provided my treatments, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The relaxation room was very chilled. Lunch in the bar was very gorgeous.
My dinner was not good at all. The chicken was cold, and I could not eat it at all. Despite returning it, I still paid £18. Staff seemed unfriendly.

My stay involved attending a lovely spa break. The staff were so helpful and attentive. I also got a massage, it was excellent! The bedrooms were comfy and I felt very relaxed.
Room service and reception did not answer. I had to walk there to order food.

The restaurant offers tasty food with multiple options for drinks. Breakfast includes a buffet with classic fare, sausage, bacon, tomato, beans, hash brown, cereals, fruit, and pastries. The bacon sandwiches on a Saturday were AMAZING!!!

This hotel is in gorgeous countryside! Its location is very convenient for trips, since you can quickly get to North Wales, Chester, Liverpool, and Nantwich. Great pubs are close. They are not far from the hotel via car.

the spa facilities were enjoyable. i liked the swimming pool and the sauna. the massage i received was fantastic and refreshing. i enjoyed a tasty afternoon tea as well.
the shower barely worked and leaked in my room. the decor is starting to appear a bit dated. breakfast policy has shifted with limited choices and extra charges for some items.
