the room decor was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast offered tasty and well-cooked food with plentiful options. check-in was easy, and i was assisted by a very charming young man.
the rooms did not have air conditioning, uncomfortably hot. a dyson fan was provided, but it had not been pat tested recently. i found that the ev chargers were difficult to get working.

I found the reception staff very helpful. Rahat and Alessia greeted me upon arrival. Rahat booked my taxi for the morning, I appreciated that! The room was super clean. I had full use of the pool and gym, so it was a nice bonus.
The hotel charged residents £5 for overnight parking! though the location was perfect.

Alessia and Rahat at the reception were very polite. Rahat booked a taxi for me. The staff ensured a smooth check-in process and were helpful with directions. I received very friendly service.
