fantastic stay!

helpful staff clean lobby generous provision effective air conditioning
The staff were helpful. Suleman specifically provided really good service. the lobby presented as very clean, and the hallways smelled so nice. i found the provision of plentiful towels and pillows quite generous. the air conditioning operated effectively, a great plus.
the lifts experienced a slight delay on one occasion, a minor inconvenience.

quiet environment great quality coffee machine helpful staff
The room featured double glazed windows, ensuring a quiet environment. Room service delivered food of great quality, including pizza. I found a good coffee machine available at the bar during breakfast. The staff were helpful when i arrived late, quickly arranging soup and bread from the kitchen, which i appreciated.

stained carpet outside noise
the room seemed a bit tired i noticed some stains on the carpet it wasn't the end of the world but it didn't feel very fresh also the noise from outside was quite noticeable even late at night i could hear traffic and people , made it harder to sleep it wasn't constant but it was still disruptive i hoped for a quieter stay.

loyalty program great breakfast security doors previous visit
The room had everything I needed. I liked that I became a member of their loyalty program. I now get offers and discounts. I rebooked with breakfast it was great.
The security doors to the lift constantly remained open. I had an intruder into my room on a previous visit. Staff at the reception desk clearly knew the doors were open. They did nothing about it.
