stained carpetoutside noise

the room seemed a bit tired i noticed some stains on the carpet it wasn't the end of the world but it didn't feel very fresh also the noise from outside was quite noticeable even late at night i could hear traffic and people , made it harder to sleep it wasn't constant but it was still disruptive i hoped for a quieter stay.

The room had everything I needed. I liked that I became a member of their loyalty program. I now get offers and discounts. I rebooked with breakfast it was great.

I had an intruder into my room on a previous visit. Staff at the reception desk clearly knew the doors were open. They did nothing about it.
